Game does not have all the requested .pk3 files #44

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Game only has sp_pak1.pk3 ... sp_pak3.pk3
these are the files in game main folder:

latest version fo coop mod, version 1.41 RTCW classic, WinXP home

sp_pak4.pk3 was only on the 'Game of the Year' edition CD and for some unknown 
reason was never released as part of the 1.41 patch.

It is not a required file, but you can find a copy of this file inside the 
media folder.
