Embedded calendar not displaying date on load if the date is in a previous calendar month.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a calendar (say, using the RoR form builder integration) for a date 
in March 2008
2. Launch the page with the embedded calendar - with the March 2008 date 
pre-loaded.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see the currently set date in the black bar at the bottom of the 
calendar. Instead I see 
a blank bar *until* I move the mouse over the calendar and then the date 
appears. Strange.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The latest version as of April 4 2008. Using both Windows (IE 6) and Mac 
(Safari 3).

Please provide any additional information below.

 Other than that, great product, integrates well with Rails. Thanks.
