position by id #122

the popup positions by window position... and if my website overrides
overflow of html and body... and if i give overflow of a div element with
lets say 1000px height and it contains the calendar part...

the popup shows at the bottom.. and it scrolls through the page

known issue, blaming prototype.js, a workaround that fixes both sides is too 
hairy.

Feel free to make a better suggestion.

Any suggestion on a possible workaround or fix for this? I can still see this is
around even with the latest rails.
