CalendarDateSelect does not alert you if an old version of prototype is used #130

1. I installed calendardateselect on Joomla
2. I used a simple calendar that works in an HTML page

I get error "this.options.get is not a function", maybe because it has
problem with other libraries like scriptaculous or others...

Is there a way to resolve the problem?

lol - your issue was characteristic of that. great job on finding the issue.
However, a warning should be appear
if prototype is too old. what version was it?

It was the standard version of Joomla 1.3, it seems Prototype 1.0.x but I'm not
sure, I deleted it :)
