sharing integration test #462

We need an integration test (in pkg/test/integration) for sharing.  It should 
setup a server and use camget --shared=http://..../.

We should verify too in the same test that the server still replies with 401 
for blob chunks not fetches correctly via the tool/share paths. That has its 
own tests, but I'd like to duplicate it here, just in case the integration test 
ever accidentally runs in devauth mode, where it trusts localhost.
