Unique-key violation on set-re-import #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Setup the application.
2. Import all models and sets using the 'Process XML-data' button
3. Re-import all models and sets using the 'Process XML-data' button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect no errors, there are however multiple unique-violations on the 
Special (VIP-) sets.

I think the error may be in the hardcoded file- and directoryprefixes used in 
the imports. VIP-, Promotions- and Interview-sets are exceptions to the general 
rule
