Commandline progress-indicator skips last X steps #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Import any number of images/videos.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A gradual increase in progress. One sees that the last bit is being skipped/not 
shown correctly.

In r243 this issue was fixed by adding a separate Finish()-method to the 
BusyIndicator object. All calling code was corrected to accommodate this new 
behavior.
