Extension of Set XML node for Promotions, Interviews and VIP #31

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The information of which model/set is part of an interview-, promotion- or 
VIP-set is not yet part of the application's XML.

A user has volunteered to provide this info, so it should be part of the XML 
(and XSD). A visual integration can be thought up later. Meanwhile the info can 
reside in a text file in the /misc folder.

I propose an extension to the Set-node for the named Models.
