Integrate info about image-video set discrepancies #32

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

There should be a means of integrating the info about sets having pic-vid 
discrepancies; in the XML, XSD and visually.

E.g. the set's pictures feature a model in bathing suite, yet the video with 
that same name shows the model wearing latex in a different setting.

There is already a list of these discrepancies in the project's /misc folder.
