Allow homepage sorting on preset criteria #36

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The user should have a choice when sorting the models on the index page.

Options should include:
- Model firstname
- Model lastname
- Model birthdate
- Setcount
- First appearance (first set release date)

Additionally, there should be a pair of radio-buttons, allowing ASCending or 
DESCending sorting.

All but the last option are built (r743).
