The Clustering algorithm based on DCT gives unsatisfactory results #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to search screen i.e. searchindatabase.fig file
2. Select the search using 
3. Search using DCT domain a.k.a clustering techniques

The results should show best 10 matches but it doesn't.

However the search feature does show the best match the first.

This should affect also how the feature vector is extracted. Kmeans seems to be 
the problem.
