What steps will reproduce the problem?

I nobbled fetch.py to remove the SBBX.HadR2 file as it couldn't be fetched. 
"recent" (since 2013-01) GISTEMP uses NOAA's ERSST dataset.

We haven't yet changed the code to use ERSST.

Workaround is to avoid the SST step:

code/run.py -s 0-3,5
