Some GHCN stations (in the US) are bogusly dropped. #76

The allegedly dropped stations are GHCN stations that have a USHCN counterpart, 
but for which there are no USHCN records (in the F52 dataset that we use).

I inspected the code (see very rough notes 
http://code.google.com/p/ccc-gistemp/source/detail?r=482 ), and I think that 
the GISTEMP Fortran code does not drop the stations concerned.

A quick analysis suggests the following stations are in the USHCN to GHCN 
mapping but have no data in the Step 0 output:
42572404002
42572406006
42572523004
42572523006
42572597009

All these stations are in GHCN, and so are bogusly dropped.
