without the log_<computer name>.html file I can't do anything! please attach
the log_<computer name>.html and anything else you can, like screenshots, etc.

Also, please add more information about your video card... There's tons of
NVidia cards in the market, each one with different characteristics. I need the
proper model type of the video board. Also, make sure you have the latest
NVidia drivers installed:
http://www.geforce.com/Drivers
hit "auto-detect" and it will find the right driver for your video board.

There was no log file generated. A command prompt window flashes open and
closed. Thats it. I'm using an EVA Nvdia 8800 GTS 512 driver vs
8.17.12.9573
