Creation of "on-deck" feature for playlist tracker #199

A number of DJs responded in the recent DJ survey that they would appreciate a 
sort of "on deck" section of the Playlist Tracker to enter playlist songs but 
not send them immediately to the playlist. The added functionality would be 
that you could "pre-program" your next set and type up the playlist data for 
several songs in a row at once, and then click "submit" for each one as it was 
played. This would be like the Crate, and probably connected to it, but hosted 
in the Playlist Tracker and reserved for only the next 3-4 songs, tops. Other 
potential uses to be discussed in separate issues, which I will post soon.

Might be nice to be able to send an entire crate (or selected items) to the 
playlist queue.

Actually, it would be extremely helpful to be able to select multiple items 
from the crate in general, say, to remove some but not all of its contents 
without having to delete one at a time.
