Music Director ability to re-tag incorrect album/track titles #210

As Music Director I need to be able to fix errors in track and album titles as 
they are discovered. This is especially crucial now that we have 
send-to-playlist abilities and errors are going to be carried through to the 
public site. I check tags as thoroughly as I can prior to import, but I deal 
with a lot of files and mistakes do slip through. It's essential that I be able 
to fix them in a timely manner.

Ideally, this change would begin in the DJDB, but ultimately it would be nice 
to have the files re-tagged in Traktor as well.
