Still having a "send to playlist" issue.... #222

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.During my show last Wed there were 4-5 tracks, which I inputted into my 
crate, which failed to load into the playlist tracker.  When I push the play 
button I would just get a big fat nothing.  Sometimes if I clicked the box in 
the playlist tracker off and then on again it would load.  This has been 
happening consistently with about 5 out of every 20 tracks inputted by me each 
week and I cannot figure a pattern.
