Getting programming gibberish when I try to add tracks to playlist from crate or DJDB

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Select track 
2.Click on button to add to playlist
3.  See white screen with below gibberish

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect it to be added to playlist.  Instead I get this:
when I try to add tracks to the playlist either from the DJDB or from  my crate 
I get something that looks like this on a white screen:

I tried logging out and logging back in, but that didn't help.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
