no bmrb_id in nrgcing.cingentry (db pdbmlplus) #301

-All rows in bmrb_id column of nrgcing.cingentry are NULL.
-e.g.

pdbmlplus=# SELECT COUNT(*) FROM nrgcing.cingentry WHERE bmrb_id IS NOT NULL;
 count 
-------
     0
(1 row)

pdb_bmrb_entry_ids.csv 
"list of matching BMRB and PDB entry IDs. For BMRB entry IDs > 15000
