Agent SatNet, order too obvious #549

The agent SatNet ordering can make identifying who's who a little too easy if 
you.  Especially the regulars in chat who are practically giving away their 
usr#s just by showing up.

I would like to know what the ordering is. Not displaying the security level 
was a major improvement. To be honest, I personally am currently unable to 
associate any satnet list usr numbers with people in chat based on the order 
alone -- unless others know a trick I wonder if this issue is a problem.

I do know a trick.  As does anonymous.  It's ordered the same way it always has 
been, now with fewer usr#s to chose from. Knowing that and the people in chat, 
you can narrow down what numbers belong to who to a fairly short list.  Unless 
a lot of the regulars start staying out of the chatbox while logged in, the 
list will always make them obvious.
