Super admin cannot delete certain news items #552

Summary: 
When attempting to delete a "hacker caught" news item, the news item is not 
actually deleted. No error messages are displayed. Observed on at least 
www.masula.corp. Deleting of custom news items appears to work correctly, issue 
seems limited to violation reports.

Recreate:
1. Log in as super user.
2. Go to news manager.
3. Click a "hacker caught" news item.
4. Click "delete".

Expected results:
News item is removed.

Actual results:
News item remains.

Additional information:
As stated, custom news items can be deleted. Btw, does not appear to be related 
to position in list -- test of whether or not only the first item could be 
deleted showed that this is not the case.
