Request: Change default skin in-game help icon to a question mark, possibly in a highlighted color. #562

Request:
Based on chat, it is not obvious to most users that in-game help is available, 
or how to access it. I believe changing the "i" info icon to a question mark 
would make this more obvious (and would also be consistent with, at least, 
Windows standard UI practices).

Additionally, coloring the icon yellow/orange/red would, I believe, naturally 
attract a user to it and entice them to click it, which would encourage them to 
discover in-game help before they are necessarily looking for it.

This would greatly reduce the number of program usage related questions in 
chat, reducing chat traffic and load on admins / helpful users.
