Own gateway does not appear in agents satnet #580

Version: 2.0.9.8s
User: PartyFlava

Issue: Own gateway frequently does not appear in agents satnet.

Recreate: Open agents satnet.

Expected: Own gateway is in list.

Actual: Own gateway is not in list.

Comments: This happens frequently. Sometimes continues even after being online 
and active 30 minutes or more. Sometimes if you constantly refresh the satnet 
list you will end up seeing yourself in the list.

As it stands there is no reliable way to, e.g., check your own log files when 
being attacked.

This is not supposed to happen, as all Gateways are in Agents SatNet. Try 
searching the first 3 Numbers of your Gateway usrID

As of a recent update, only active online users are displayed in agents satnet. 
All users are no longer displayed.
