Antivirus Remove is Persistent

What is the Version you're running?
Version: 2.0.9.8s

(1) In Game User Name:overkill13

(2) What is your issue?
If you use the AntiVirus to remove a persistent virus, further viruses will not 
successfully attach.

(3) What steps will reproduce the problem?
a)Run a persistent virus on yourself (Chatbox/scramble), wait for a success
b)Use the AntiVirus to remove the virus
c)Run more viruses, wait for more successes.

(4) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Any viruses after the removal that show successful in the diagnostic module 
will not attach for as long as the anti-virus remains running. If the virus 
scanner is closed then the viruses can attach again

a) what where you doing when you discovered the problem?
Testing viruses
b) are you able to retrace your steps in order to reproduce the problem?
