Satnet manager address bar does not update with current satnet address.

Issue: When the Satnet Manager window is open, the satnet address in the Satnet 
Manager address bar does not update to the current satnet when the satnet is 
changed. The window must be closed and reopened to display the current satnet. 
Consequently, the window must be closed and reopened to bookmark a new satnet 
if the manager was open while moving to that satnet. This is especially 
confusing to new users who aren't yet familiar with this quirk.

Recreate: 
  1. Open satnet manager window
  2. Switch satnets (either via a hub, or clicking a bookmark, or hwdiag)

Expected:
  Address bar in satnet manager displays new satnet address after switch.

Actual:
  Address bar in satnet manager remains unchanged after switching.
