can't access my bank account

(2) What is your issue?
     My in game bank account on www.goldstar.bank is not accessible
      when i try it says 'denied'

(3) What steps will reproduce the problem?
a) Connect directly to goldstar bank
b) input (past or type them manualy) you account info
c)

(4) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
     It should show me my account window, but instead it says 'Access
       Denied' 

(5)Please provide additional information below.
a) what where you doing when you discovered the problem?
     i was trying to see my balance, and to deposit a few
b) are you able to retrace your steps in order to reproduce the problem?
     Yes, the same steps apply

Everyone is experiencing this issue.  It looks like momo retrieved an old 
server backup and it's likely that your account did not exist when this 
iteration of the servers was in operation.  I'm not sure if momo is going to be 
able to retrieve a current server backup, but if it makes you feel any better, 
I've lost 250mil in my bank accounts.
