Black screen #661

Hello. I've got a problem with Codelink v2. Downloaded it from official 
website, unpacked, started and.. got a black screen. Waited up to 5 minutes, 
nothing changed. Downloaded Codelink v2.0.7.1, the same problem. Reinstalled 
flash - nothing, ran under WinXP mode - nothing. Do you have any idea, what's 
going on?

System info:

Account: Built-in admin, UAC disabled
OS: Windows 8.1
Flash version: latest (from adobe website)
