Exploit: Bank Account Deletion (Removes debt, allows for new debt-free account)

(2) What is your issue?

Bank accounts for Goldstar and Vespia banks are deleted when logging out.

(3) What steps will reproduce the problem?

a)  Create Account with Goldstar/Vespia (Single Account Name, e.g. 'Black')
b) Withdraw $N as loan
c) Log out
d) Log in
e) Loan credit remains, account and loan debt is gone

(4) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Creation of bank account that remains.

Instead, account is deleted after a logout (or fresh login), but loan credit is 
retained.

(5)Please provide additional information below.

Cannot log into my account in the desktop version.  (Loading USER File: 
Undefined).
After several retraces, have one account with Goldstar that remains, but its 
usr is undefined

Also have permanent account with Vespia after three attempts.

a) what where you doing when you discovered the problem?

Taking out a bank loan.

b) are you able to retrace your steps in order to reproduce the problem?

Yes.
