Add category drop-down to Op/Procedural choosing interface #27

RFE is out with SideFX to have cascading drop-down menus, but in the meantime 
we should come up with an alternative. Probably the easiest thing is to have 
all the categories in a list and then update the Op/Procedural list as a 
category is selected.

I've added this category parameter (__classCategory) in r3960. The value of 
__className is still the full path to the op/procedural, but the UI labels are 
shortened and only display class names that match the __classMatchString and 
__classCategory. This parameter will be removed once SideFX implements the RFE.
