Yes this option exists.
In fact, when you create a new folder, you need to set the minimum password
complexity to be used.

Hey Nils,
I think you misundersood the question. He is asking if the user himself (for
example, the admin account which manages TeamPass) can protect himself (or any
other admin user or manager, etc.) from giving THEMSELVES a weak password.
The intention is not about password stored within TeamPass.
The fear is that an admin will give himself a password of 123 (for example).

Yes I think you're right.
So my answer is NO. Actually no level of complexity can be set for groups of
users.
There is an indicator but just for information.
I think I could add quite easily this.
