Poppup messages don't appear #218

When hovering over the Copy Password icon, there is no text that tells us this 
button is for copying a password, like there is by the other buttons (like Copy 
Item, Delete Item, etc.). Only after you clicked on the icon does a message 
appear "Password copied to clipboard". Ditto for the "Login copied to 
clipboard" icon.

Yep you're right.
It is something I know ... but actually I can manage the tooltip working.
It's implemented but not appear.
I'm pretty sure this is due to the flash object that is associated to permit 
clipboard copy that inhibit the tooltip.

I'll try improve that
