Cannot edit Item

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click on Edit Icon only brings the "running flash line" but the Details of 
the Item never comes up.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is that Teampass opens the Item.

What version of the product are you using?
2.2.1

On what operating system? With what Browser (IEx, FFx, ...)
Firefox 10, IE9, IE8 on Windows 7 and Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
Problem exists after Upgrade from 2.0

Hi

THis must be an update problem.

Please delete files (but not settings.php), re-up and restart update.
Use also last 2.1.3 release ;-)

Hi Nils!

I tried to reup the files from the 2.1 but with no luck, the upgrade stuck like 
in Issue 233. When I take the files from 2.0 ist works!

same problem here, updated from an old version and now i can't edit keys (with 
folders all ok)
