Password History is Lost after Closing Current Session #266

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update password
2. Log out
3. Log back in
4. View password history for same item

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Previous password history listed in log.

What version of the product are you using?
2.1.6

On what operating system? With what Browser (IEx, FFx, ...)
Windows XP Pro, IE8, FF8

Please provide any additional information below.
While in same session the password history works as designed which is quite 
awesome. After loggin out then log back and and try to see the password for the 
same item it is blank.

It only shows the modification occurrences but the passwords are blank in the 
log.

Example from the log in the description field:
04/09/2012 10:09:18 - <userid> - Modification - Password changed. =>
04/09/2012 10:11:00 - <userid> - Modification - Password changed. =>
04/09/2012 10:15:17 - <userid> - Modification - Password changed. => 

From the hover log in the password tab for the item it only shows this:

YEs you're right.

I've done a mistake in the encryption key used.
THis is corrected in 2.1.7
