Out of range value adjusted for column \'id_user\' at row 1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. New installation or upgrade

Load item details such as description, password, etc

This has always been the case for each of the teampass versions I never 
reported it because its a simple solution. I just alter the cpassman_log_items 
table and change the id_user column datatype from tinyint(4) to varchar(7).
