Add user does not work #270

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. fresh installation
2. login as admin
3. change admin password
4. try to create new user - save button does not do any action

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
new user

What version of the product are you using?
2.1.7

On what operating system? With what Browser (IEx, FFx, ...)
OSX Lion, Firefox, Chrome

Please provide any additional information below.
validations on add user form are working correctly

Very strange.

Please check your environment and send me any error log so that I can do 
something.

Indeed this is one of the main function of the tool and it works for other.
So perhaps in your environement something make this function to not work and 
I'd like to know it to correct.

I too am having the same problem. First time testing this software. No extra 
information was provided by the person who logged this so I thought I'd provide 
some:

OS: Windows
Apache 2.2.25
PHP 5.3.27
MySQL 5.6

I've noticed that creating roles works however creating users and folders do 
not. There is no error. Simply when I click save it sits and does nothing.

Apologies for wasting your time. I found that disabling the STRICT_TRANS_TABLE 
the my.ini for mysql corrected the issue. Similar to that mentioned in 
https://code.google.com/p/cpassman/issues/detail?id=148
