upgrade 2.2.0 fails - Githubissues

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.upgrade to the lastest version
2.logon sucessful
3.redirect to the blank page on :
http://teampass/index.php?page=manage_main

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using?
2.2.0
