I'm not able to login after upgrade #298

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://teampass.com/
2. Login with admin user

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using?

2.1.19

On what operating system? With what Browser (IEx, FFx, ...)

CentOS Linux release 6.0 (Final)

Please provide any additional information below.

I had problems to see passwords, but never in sesion login. 
So, I upgrade from 2.1.7 to 2.1.19, the process end fine, but now i'm not able 
to login with any account. I've tried to login with admin, but i lost the admin 
password and i cant find some way to reset it.
