Ability to hide unused features.

Case: I do not use the line input source, the source bluetooth for music, the 
application Deezer

Goal : hide these functions to reduce the number of manipulations with the wheel

Solution : possibility to hide menu entries

Hiding and resorting will be implemented in one of the next versions.

Tested it out, so far it works pretty well. Got rid of all the items that I 
didn't particularly use. I even hid the audiofx because i can always just 
access them from the menu when a song is currently playing.

I can't hide the audio sources like Line-In for example.

It still doesn't work in VC4. Audio Sources such as Bluetooth, Line-In, Tuner, 
cannot be hidden.
