Create wizards for 3rd party libraries #101

We can add 3rd party support for some libraries like GWT-Ext, ExtGWT,
gwt-widgets etc.

This will be taken up for 2.0 release. Let me know which of the products
you would like Cypal studio to support

Well many choose GWT-EXT and it's GWT-EXT-UX project because is a very good 
framework
and it's license is enterprise friendly like yours.
We are also using it here in our software development department and look 
forward in
using cypal for eclipse also, so it is a good choice.

ExtGWT on the other hand is not LGPL so it is almost impossible to use in an
enterprise environment, only end users that are creating GPL only code would 
benefit
from it.

I personally vote for GWT-EXT
