Why the RC older than 4 don't have a "features" folder? #92

I use RC 4, because older verions don't have features. Then I have a fatal
error on my console: "Installation is corrupted"

Features are used mainly in update sites and right now I don't ship the 
features.
Please try and download the latest (RC7 as of now). All you need is to unzip the
downloaded file and drop the plugin jars into the eclipse/plugins folder. It 
should work.

When I've been started winth Cypal for 2 weeks. First, I downloaded RC 7, unzip 
the
file and dropped the plugins into the eclipse plugins folder. Then I run my 
module
and i had a fatal error. I looked for in eclipse "manage configuration" and I 
found
anything about Cypal.

Then I got RC 4 and dropped the features into eclipse, now it's working!! Why???
