Remove dependency on WTP #99

Cypal Studio for GWT is implemented as a WTP facet. This gives the
advantages of deploying to a server or creating a WAR, the other common
operations (Async file creation, launch configuration, creation wizards,
etc) need not depend on WTP. There could be an alternate "lite" version
which could take care of these things without the WTP.

This would make the product a completely different one than what it is
right now, so will take up for 2.0. Again implementing this depends on how
many people really need a plugin like that. So leave your
comments/suggestions here or star the issue if you are interested.

Fully agree with grprakash.

Currently, we have some common modules (each module is a pure java project, but 
it is GWT enabled), I hope we 
could use cypal studio for these projects.

Although you can achieve this with Java launch configurations,this feature will 
be
helpful. I like to contribute to it.
