Poweramp/general music app compatibility #215

Not sure how I would want it to be handled, but some sort of support for music 
apps with basic controls (song forward, song backwards, play/pause) would be 
great - especially if we could set which app we want to use.

Any implementation would be a good start, but something for the stock app and 
Poweramp would be very nice.

Outside the scope of the core app but third party developers can certainly 
build something

well 3rd party developers cannot add controls until some sort of button api is 
added but 
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=gonemad.dashclockmusicextension 
will display the current playing song from poweramp and most other players
