Batch size benchmarking tool #291

As optimal SQL batch size may differ widely depending on sql server, sql 
server version, hardware performance, software environment and so on, I 
propose to create a tool that will help to find optimal batch size by 
automatically running several tests with various 
SessionConfiguration.BatchSize values on the specified domain 
configuration.
According to the results it will be possible for customers to choose the 
most optimal batch size for current hardware & software configuration.

This could be console or simple WPF single window application.
