Auxiliary table is named incorrect in some scenarios #813

For example, when one or both types have 'TableMapping' attribute applied, the 
auxiliary table is named according to the 'TypeName-PropertyName-ItemName' 
whereas the correct one is 'TableName-PropertyName-TableName'.
