Project Upgrade Tool bug (v4.4) #863

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Create new c# console project (simple, not from DO templates)
2. Execute Project Upgrade Tool from VS2010 Tools menu
3. Check Add References to DataObjects.Net assemblies checkbox and click OK

Added 2 similar bugs (from support site):

Update1: Next interesting thing is that one reference is wrong at all not just 
its path - Xtensive.Core.Aspects which is added by upgrade tool but does not 
exists, instead of it file Xtensive.Aspects exists.

Update2: Next bug, upgrade tool does not convert old reference to 
"SessionManager" module in web.config Xtensive.Storage.Web.SessionManager, 
Xtensive.Storage to new value Xtensive.Orm.Web.SessionManager, Xtensive.Orm, i 
think this could be handled by tool.
