Menu is not multilanguage #148

Although content can be in different languages, menu is only in one.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a page
2. Switch to another language
3. You can fill page headline and content in different language, but can 
not change page name (it's one and the same for all languages). In 
Navigation you have no multilanguage controls as well.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

The page name is not translatable!

The forthcoming version 1.10 will provide a method to have page labels that are
translatable.
