NMM not working with Pokemon XD : Gale of Darkness #95

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. launching the game with NMM enabled
2. trying to save
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The error is: "This is not the same memory card as the one used to load the 
saved data. Please insert the original Memory Card into Slot A".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
DIOS MIOS / DIOS MIOS Lite 2.10

Please provide any additional information below.
Impossible to save without using a real Memory Card, otherwise the game works 
but we can't go really far in the game.
