utilize the jcrop plugin to jQuery to enable cropping based on a selection.

we´ve had support for snipshot and picnik included with the filebrowser. but: 
noone
ever used it. besides that, I honestly think that people shouldn´t crop their 
images
using a web-browser.

sorry, but this is a wontfix.
