Hello,
I've got a message from Alex Lensky. He says, there's something wrong with the 
commited version of the file. Indeed, the encoding seems to be broken.

Here's what should be: "Последние сообщения в форуме"
Here's what is in r25: "Ðоследние сообÑения в ÑоÑÑме"

Could you please download the attached file again and re-commit? The text 
should be 
in UTF-8.
