ADMIN_MEDIA_PREFIX unused for Help Admin Media js

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. custom ADMIN_MEDIA_PREFIX such that /media/admin is not correct
2. use Help model in admin
3. try to edit the expected TinyMCE widgets

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
TinyMCE should load

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest trunk
